Bonbonniere, place cards, personal details or those last-minute jobs you've spent months planning — hand them over to me.

My Wedding Coordination | From One Month Out package is for couples who want to plan their own wedding, but don't want to coordinate it themselves.

Four weeks before your wedding, I step in.

I'll review your plans, finalise your timeline, communicate with your suppliers and bring all the moving pieces together.

Then, on your wedding day, I'll be there in person to coordinate setup, suppliers, ceremony and reception logistics — working quietly behind the scenes so everything runs according to plan.

You plan it. I coordinate it. You enjoy it.

YOUR FINAL FOUR WEEKS

4 WEEKS TO GO — HANDOVER

We'll meet virtually for your first 60-minute coordination session and work through your completed Wedding Checklist.

We'll review your plans, priorities, timeline, suppliers and anything still outstanding.

From here, I become your main point of contact for coordination matters, with unlimited email support throughout the final month.

3 WEEKS TO GO — REFINE

Our second 60-minute virtual session is about bringing everything together.

We'll review your timeline, supplier arrangements, ceremony and reception logistics and any changes since our first meeting.

2 WEEKS TO GO — CONFIRM

I'll contact your venue and suppliers to confirm the important details, including:

• Arrival and bump-in times

• Supplier contact details

• Setup requirements

• Ceremony and reception logistics

• Outstanding arrangements

• Last-minute changes

I'll then finalise your wedding-day runsheet so everyone knows what's happening, when and where they need to be.

FINAL WEEK — READY TO GO

I'll handle the final coordination and supplier communication required to make sure everything is ready for your wedding day.

By the time you arrive, the plan is already in motion.

YOUR WEDDING DAY

8 HOURS OF ON-SITE COORDINATION

I'll be there to manage the logistics and keep everything moving behind the scenes.

This can include:

CEREMONY

TRANSITION

• Coordinating agreed movement of flowers and décor between ceremony and reception where applicable

RECEPTION

• Liaising with your MC, DJ, photographer, videographer and catering team

My Wedding & Event Setup Service provides two experienced Event Setup Assistants to set up your venue according to your plans — so you can spend your wedding morning getting ready, relaxing and enjoying your people.

You plan it. You choose it. We set it up.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

RECEPTION SETUP

Our two Event Setup Assistants can set up your provided décor and personal items, including:

• Table centrepieces and runners

• Bonbonniere

• Bridal table

• Candles and flowers

• Cutlery, glassware and plates

• Seating chart and place cards

• Gift table and wishing well

• Guest book and Polaroid station

• Cake table and cake accessories

• Reception entrance styling

• Other agreed setup requirements

Everything is placed according to your approved setup plan and instructions.

OPTIONAL CEREMONY SETUP
